Medicare Membership – Root-Cause Care for Medicare Patients

We proudly accept Traditional Medicare and pair it with a simple monthly membership so we can deliver the time and attention Medicare visits usually don’t allow.

Best for: Traditional Medicare patients who want more than the standard 10–15 minute visit.

We bill Medicare for covered services and the membership covers the additional time and non-covered services needed for real results.

Pellets-Only Membership

This membership is designed for patients who want bioidentical hormone pellet therapy only and do not need or want our full functional/integrative care.

If you are seeking hormone replacement through any other method (creams, injections, etc.), you will need to join either REV Access or REV Core.

Best for:

  • Patients whose primary (or only) goal is pellet hormone therapy
  • Men and women who want a simple, focused pellet program without additional services

What’s Included:

  • Personalized bioidentical pellet therapy (our preferred method for women)
  • Insertion procedure and follow-up monitoring
  • Hormone level testing and dose adjustments as needed
  • Direct access for pellet-related questions
