Understanding REV Core & REV Access

REV Core Membership

REV Core supports comprehensive, multi-system integrative care.

This model is appropriate for patients managing multiple conditions, complex health concerns, or those seeking in-depth preventive and optimization-focused care. REV Core includes broader clinical scope, longer visits, and more frequent follow-up to support sustained outcomes.

REV Access Membership (Focused-Scope Care)

REV Access provides focused-scope care for patients with one or two well-defined, stable health concerns, such as thyroid management or testosterone optimization.

Care through REV Access is streamlined and intentionally limited in scope. Patients are typically seen 1–3 times per year for shorter visits and do not require the breadth or frequency of care provided through REV Core.

If a patient’s care needs expand beyond the original scope, transitioning to REV Core may be recommended to ensure appropriate support.

How We Determine the Right Fit

The appropriate care model is determined based on clinical complexity, visit frequency, and the level of support required. Our goal is to align each patient with the structure that best supports safe, effective, and sustainable care.

Procedural Care Pathways

Some services at Revolution Health follow defined procedural care pathways. These include pellet therapy and regenerative treatments such as prolotherapy and PRP.

These services are provided in person and do not require enrollment in REV Core unless additional ongoing medical care beyond the procedure is indicated.

Medicare-Supported Care

Some patients receive care at Revolution Health through Medicare-Supported Care models.

These models include structured physician oversight, care coordination, and physiologic monitoring as part of comprehensive, longitudinal care. Participation is discussed as part of an individualized care plan and requires patient consent.

When clinically appropriate, Medicare may cover portions of this care. Medicare-Supported Care follows defined pathways and differs from traditional concierge-style programs.
